- Barry Richardson Review added: 2018.01.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked a day off work, and waited for an engineer to call to do an annual service check, an AM appointment was confirmed . by text the day before,I phoned at half past 1 to find out why no one had called , i was on the phone for half an hour, listening to cheesy music, and it kept being picked up and put straight down absolute joke of a company.
I gave up and emailed them, and received a reply within half an hour, asking for my address,,i duly supplied the information and 4 hours later still have has no response.
I will be asking for compensation for loss of earnings for today, as i have lost money waiting all day for nothing
