The studio is great, the instructors are brilliant- friendly, supportive and knowledgeable as well as advanced at pole themselves. There are 5 poles set up and one wall is mirrored so you can see what you are doing from different angles. Safety mats and stretching mats are provided.
Courses are run here for beginners up to advanced and beyond, prices are more than reasonable and you can drop in to a few classes or do a 5 week course, they also provide one off workshops in things like handstand and heels classes.
I've been using this studio/group of instructors on and off (for financial reasons) for a couple of years and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
Also on this site is a small, clean, women's gym and dance studio. I've never used either myself but have seen some Zumba classes go on. There's lots of space on the dance floor and the instructors are professional endorsed Zumba instructors.
